Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. All credit cards will be verified upon confirmation of reservation.A MINIMUM ONE-NIGHT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS TO BE CONFIRMED AS A DEFINITE BOOKING.Full, non-refundable prepayment may be required for special dates, including: holidays and special event bookings. 

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated.For cancellations that occur within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the minimum fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Early Arrivals
To ensure room availability upon an early arrival the room must be reserved the night prior to your stay.Late DeparturesPast 12:00 pm: Extend to 1 pm departure as a courtesy based on availability.Past 1pm: 50% charge of the reservation rate up to a 4 pm departure.Past 4pm: Full reservation value charged to credit card on file up to 12 pm departure the following morning.Credit CardsThe following credit cards are accepted:

Debit Cards
Debit Cards are accepted in place of Credit Cards, but their use is discouraged. When debit cards are used to guarantee a room and incidental charges, a hold is placed on the guest's bank account balance for the amount of the hold. Due to bank policies, this hold may not be released by the bank for several days after we release the hold. This may have the effect of causing bank overdrafts if bank balances are low. A hold on a debit card is like you've written a check; that money isn't available until the hold is lifted, and that could take a week through no fault of the hotel.
